Yes, wholesale buyers enjoy complimentary shipping within specified distances from Strasbourg. Orders exceeding €1000 qualify for free shipping within a 30-kilometer radius, while orders over €3000 receive free shipping within a 60-kilometer radius.
Can I pick up my order directly from a store?
Absolutely! KABOORA offers a "Pick Up from Store" option for added convenience. Customers can collect their orders directly from designated retail locations, further enhancing flexibility in delivery options.

What is the best way to store and clean the KABOORA bottles?
The best way to clean the KABOORA bottles is with dish soap and warm water after each use and let them air dry with cap off. Store the KABOORA bottles with cap off.
Can I put my KABOORA bottle in the dishwasher?
Kaboora stainless steel water bottles are not dishwasher safe. Placing them in the dishwasher will damage the bottle.
When I fly, am I able to bring my KABOORA bottles with me ?
To pass airport security the KABOORA bottles must be empty, once passed the security you may refill them from a drinking station.
Where can I put my KABOORA bottle?
Most of our KABOORA bottles can fit in backpacks, bicycle bottle holders, car cup holders and side pockets.
